Conference on Innovation in HR Management

In front of a crowded conference room, Net-Recrute CEO, Victor Hallit, and HRCompete Managing Director, Roula Akl, presented the latest innovations and tendencies in Human Resources Management and their impact on the small and medium size enterprises.

The Human Resources Executive currently HR Director Europe for Kantar Health Mrs. Rita Mouawad, shared with the audience her insights about the global changes in the work environment and relationship which triggers the innovation in HR, backed with examples of transitions in HR practices.

Also, Dr. Amber Wigmore Álvarez PhD, the Executive Director of Career Services at IE Business School, presented via web call, the new techniques used in People Management and its impact on the Career of students graduating from IE.

At the end, Victor Hallit presented a selection of “top” HR innovative approaches and encouraged the audience to apply those that are relevant to their structures.

The conference was followed by an interactive session of questions and answers where some participants communicated their concerns while others shared best practice. The organizers facilitated these discussions and recommended concrete solutions to the participants' needs.
